What is your turn around time?

On newspaper products allow 3 days.

For small sheet printed jobs requiring composing allow 10 working days.

Add extra days to include your response time for approving proofs and for continued changes by you.

On a re-order of a small sheet printed job with no changes from the previous order, allow 5 working days.

Do you take camera ready copy?

Yes! While we prefer electronic files in PDF format because of the better quality of output, we do accept other file formats as well. However, the quality of what you give us is what you get.

What is your credit policy?

For new customers we require ½ down and the balance COD.

On repeat business with a credit application and a personal guarantor we offer net 30 day terms.

We accept payment by company check, Visa, Master Card and Discover as well as cash.

What are freight charges on large items?

For deliveries in the Tampa Bay area under 100 lbs. we charge $5 to $25 depending on the distance.

In excess of 100 lbs we charge 3 cents a pound plus $1.00 per mile, one way.

For deliveries more than 100 miles away a freight quote from a common carrier will be provided.
